Dorothy McMillan

Dorothy McMillan is Honorary Research Fellow in English Literature at the University of Glasgow where she taught for nearly 40 years. She has worked mainly in the field of Scottish women's writing. Among her publication are A History of Scottish Women's Writing, edited with Douglas Gifford, the anthology Modern Scottish Women Poets, edited with Michel Byrne, Jane Austen's Emma, edited with Richard Cronin and Robert Browning, an anthology for Oxford's 21st Century Authors, also co-edited with Richard Cronin. She is a former President of the Association for Scottish Literary Studies.
