Tom Mole

Tom Mole is Assistant Professor of English at McGill University in Montreal, Canada. He is the author of Byron's Romantic Celebrity: Industrial Culture and the Hermeneutic of Intimacy (Palgrave, 2007) and the editor of one volume of Blackwood's Magazine 1817-25: Selections from Maga's Infancy (Pickering and Chatto, 2006). His research interests include: literature of the Romantic period in Britain, especially Lord Byron; periodicals and print culture; the cultural history of celebrity; and the theory and practice of interdisciplinarity.
