Anton Wagner is a Canadian theatre historian whose publications
include Establishing Our Boundaries: English-Canadian Theatre
Criticism (Toronto, University of Toronto Press, 1999), A Vision of
Canada: Herman Voaden's Dramatic Works l928-l945 (Toronto, Simon
& Pierre, l993) and Contemporary Canadian Theatre: New World
Visions (Toronto, Simon & Pierre, 1985). He was the Director of
Research and Managing Editor of The World Encyclopedia of
Contemporary Theatre published by Routledge.
