Gavin Keulks

Gavin Keulks is professor of English at Western Oregon University. He also serves as the director of the university Honors Program. His teaching and research specialties include English and Irish literature of the twentieth century, especially the post-World War II period. He also teaches courses in general literary history and criticism. His scholarly highlights include a book, Father and Son: Kingsley Amis, Martin Amis, and the British Novel Since 1950 (Univ. of Wisconsin, 2003) and an edited collection, Martin Amis: Postmodernism and Beyond (Palgrave Macmillan, 2006). Additional scholary and teaching interests include the work of Salman Rushdie, Jeanette Winterson, W.B. Yeats, and Martin McDonagh.
