Bernadette Geyer

Bernadette Geyer is a writer, editor, and translator in Berlin, Germany. She has served on the editorial boards of literary organizations and publications.

Geyer's writings and translations have appeared in such journals as American Journal of Nursing, Barrow Street, The Massachusetts Review, Oxford American, Poet Lore, and elsewhere. She is the author of the poetry collection The Scabbard of Her Throat and editor of My Cruel Invention: A Contemporary Poetry Anthology. Geyer's nonfiction has been published in many journals and magazines, including AFAR, culture: the word on cheese, Go World Travel, and Sustainable Development International.
