Robert Kusmer

Robert Kusmer, Ph.D, M.L.S., is an associate librarian at the University of Notre Dame (Indiana, U.S.A.), where he serves as the original cataloger for German-language publications, the humanities, theology/Catholic Americana and music, as well as the collection development librarian for German language and literature. His professional background also included work as an adjunct instructor for elementary German.

Dr. Kusmer is active as an abstractor for the review journal Reference Reviews Europe and compiles the quarterly electronic Oliver Leonard Kapsner, O.S.B. Cataloging Bulletin. He has written articles on German libraries and publishing, the Leipzig Book Fair and Germanists.
