Jennifer Jahn recently completed a PhD in French at the University of Cambridge. Her thesis examines literary representations of sexist, racist and class elitist oppressions, resistance and liberation in Martinican women’s novels. She is co-editor with Charlotte Baker of Postcolonial Slavery: An Overview of Colonialism's Legacy and has published articles on works by Fabienne Kanor, Audrey Pulvar, Nicole Cage-Florentiny and Suzanne Dracius. Her interviews with Dracius and Cage-Florentiny have been published in the International Journal of Francophone Studies.
