Benjamin Mier-Cruz is a doctoral candidate at University of
California, Berkeley. He studies in the Department of Scandinavian,
where he teaches Scandinavian literature and Swedish language
courses. He is also a translator, and his current research focuses
on gender in Finland-Swedish modernism and Nietzsche.
