Jake Poller

Jake Poller, BA MA PhD (London), is the author of Aldous Huxley (Reaktion Critical Lives, 2021) and Aldous Huxley and Alternative Spirituality (Brill, 2019). He also edited the essay collection Altered Consciousness in the Twentieth Century (Routledge, 2019). His articles have appeared in the Aldous Huxley Annual, the D.H. Lawrence Review, AriesLiterature and Theology and International Journal for the Study of New Religions. His research focuses on the intersection of alternative spirituality, Western esotericism, philosophy and psychoanalysis with twentieth-century literature and culture.
