Shane Brennan

Shane Brennan is an associate professor at the American University in Dubai. His research interests are grounded in Anatolia and cut across a range of subject areas including Classical historiography, settlement theory, ethnicity and identity, minor civilizations, and the Persian Empire. He is the author of In the Tracks of the Ten Thousand: A Journey on foot through Turkey, Syria and Iraq and co-editor of The Landmark Xenophon's Anabasis
