Dawn Slack

Dawn Slack is an Associate Professor of Spanish at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, having earned her Ph.D. in Spanish from The Ohio State University. She teaches all levels of Spanish language and a range of undergraduate and graduate content courses in Latin American Literature and Culture as well as Spanish for Modern Business/Entrepreneurship. Her research interests include cultural and gender identity, border theory, disability and narration, and Spanish for the Professions. Her most recent publications have focused on entrepreneurial literacy, US/Mexico border narration, the intersection between photography and literature, and the writing of Cristina Pacheco.
