Troy Wellington Smith

Troy Wellington Smith is a PhD candidate in the Scandinavian department at the University of California, Berkeley. He has received a Master of Library Science degree from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. He also has an MA in English literature from the University of Mississippi, where he focused on the intertextuality of Kierkegaard and Anglophone literature, writing a thesis entitled "Kierkegaard and Byron: Disability, Irony, and the Undead." His articles have appeared or are scheduled to appear in The Byron Journal, The Søren Kierkegaard Newsletter, Kierkegaard in Process, Acta Kierkegaardiana, Anderseniana, TijdSchrift voor Skandinavistiek, The Kierkegaard Studies Yearbook, Scandinavian Studies, Libraries: Culture, History, and Society, and Romantik.
