One of the major contemporary poets in the English language, Jorie Graham is an internationally renowned figure on the American poetry scene. She is the author of a substantial body of work, comprising sixteen collections of poetry, speeches, essays, and interviews, and the editor of two anthologies, The Best American Poetry 1990 and Earth Took of Earth: 100 Great Poems of the English Language (1996). In 2025, she was guest editor of You Must Live: New Poetry From Palestine and one of the executive producers of the film The Voice of Hind Rajab, winner of the Silver Lion at the 82nd Venice Film Festival.
