The English Parliament meets, in the eighth and last session of what becomes known as the 'Reformation Parliament', sitting until 14th April. This is the last occasion on which mitred abbots sit in the House of Lords, because of the Acts of this Parliamentary session was to abolish these postholders' rights to seats in Parliament.
