Sweden and Poland sign the Truce of Altmark. This treaty is very favourable to Sweden, as it retains Livonia, Memel, Pillau, Braunsberg and Elbing. What is more, the city of Danzig is henceforth to pay two-thirds of the customs duties levied in its port to Sweden.
