Short Note This is a short note

On the death of Pius III less than a month after his election, Giuliana della Rovere is elected as Pope Julius II. He proved to be much more dominating than his predecessor, first ousting Cesare Borgia from his powerbase in Italy, and then pursuing an aggressive foreign policy.
