Short Note This is a short note

Holy Roman Emperor Maximilian meets with the Diet of Constance, which reforms the imperial chamber, and places imperial taxation and armed levies on a permanent basis. It also recognises the unity of the Holy Roman Empire, and grants assistance for a military expedition to Italy.
