Robert Bly's Old Man Rubbing His Eyes (1975) is a collection of twenty “snowy fields” poems. First published in this chapbook, these poems were reprinted as the first section of Bly's This Tree Will Be Here for a Thousand Years, originally published in 1979, and extensively revised in 1992.
