Jean Chothia

Jean Chothia is a Fellow of Selwyn College, Cambridge, and Reader Emerita in Drama and Theatre in the Cambridge University Faculty of English. Her publications include Forging a Language: A Study of the Plays of Eugene O'Neill; André Antoine and French Theatre; English Drama of the Early Modern Period, 1890-1940, and numerous articles on late nineteenth and twentieth century theatre. She is editor of The New Woman and other Female Emancipation Plays and Bernard Shaw, Saint Joan and Henry James, The Outcry, Cambridge University Press 2016.
