Joad Raymond

Joad Raymond is professor of Renaissance studies at Queen Mary University of London. He is the author of The Invention of the Newspaper (OUP 1996), Pamphlets and Pamphleteering in Early Modern Britain (CUP 2003) and Milton's Angels: The Early Modern Imagination (OUP 2010), and the editor of various books and author of various articles on early-modern literature, history and print culture. He is presently editing Milton's Latin defences and writing a book on the history of news culture from 1400 to the present.
