Mark Llewellyn

Mark Llewellyn has been Director of Research at the Arts and Humanities Research Council since January 2012. Before joining the AHRC, Mark was John Anderson Research Leadership Chair in English at the University of Strathclyde, having previously worked at the University of Liverpool (2006-11). His research interests are in late Victorian literature and culture and contemporary culture’s engagement with the nineteenth century, and has published widely in these fields. Mark now holds a Visiting Professorship at Strathclyde.
