Marie-Thérèse Oubrier Austin

Marie-Thérèse Oubrier-Austin wrote her PhD thesis on a comparative study of the Fables of Jean de La Fontaine and their translation by the American poet Marianne Moore. She taught French part-time at the University of Ulster. For a few years before she retired she worked as an academic researcher at the University of Exeter on the digitization project of the correspondence of Bernardin de Saint-Pierre to be published by the Voltaire Fondation at Oxford. She is now an independent scholar.
