Graeme Finnie

Graeme Finnie was awarded his PhD in 2009 for an ecocritical approach to Southwest US literature. Whilst carrying out his research at Dundee University, he also taught Film and Literature for the English and Continuing Education departments. The success of his Film modules led to the introduction of a Joint Honours English and Film degree. He continues to research Native American literature, US & UK Nature Writing, Border Writing, as well as maintaining an interest in Film Theory (he is working on a Native American documentary project). Currently Dr Finnie is a Tutor with the Open Association at St Andrews University, Scotland.
