Kirsty Corrigan

Kirsty Corrigan is an Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Kent, where she received her PhD in Classical & Archaeological Studies in 2010 and has taught as an Associate Lecturer. She has published books in the fields of Latin literature (Virgo to Virago: Medea in the Silver Age, 2013) and Roman history (Brutus: Caesar's Assassin, 2015). She acts as an Editorial Consultant for the Online Companion to the Worlds of Roman Women, and has also submitted her own commentaries on Latin passages depicting Medea and Porcia. In 2012 she wrote an entry on Roman satire for the Wiley-Blackwell Encyclopedia of Ancient History. She is currently preparing a chapter on Valerius Flaccus' Medea for a forthcoming edited volume.
