Sheldon Penn

Lecturing in Modern Languages at the University of Leicester, Sheldon Penn works primarily on contemporary and twentieth century Mexican literature. He has also published on Mexican film and the cinema of Luis Buñuel. He has published a book on Carlos Fuentes's Terra nostra and is currently a Leverhulme Research Fellow with a monograph project on Henri Bergson in twentieth century Mexican literature.
