Ulrich of Wurttemburg's recent restoration to his duchy, after a period of exile of over fifteen years, is confirmed by the Peace of Cardan. The Lutheran negotiators demand of Ferdinand of Austria that he quash all charges brought against the Schmalkaldic League in the imperial chamber court.
