Holy Roman Emperor Leopold I forms an alliance with Frederick
William, the Great Elector of Brandenburg, after Louis XIV's
revocation of the Edict of Nantes turns Frederick away from the
French King. Brandenburg obtains Schweibus and a promise of
territory in East Friedland, and renounces its claim to
Silesia.
