Amy Kepple Strawser

Amy Kepple Strawser teaches German and culture studies in Central Ohio. Her undergraduate degree (B.A., summa cum laude) came from Capital University and graduate degrees (M.A., Ph.D.) from The Ohio State University. She has published on German and American poetry and women writers and translated Ursula Krechel's _Stimmen aus dem harten Kern_ (2005) as _Voices from the Bitter Core_, a full-length bilingual poetry volume, with Host Publications, New York (2010). In 2017, she published translations of three stories by Anna Seghers including "The Excursion of the Dead Girls" with Helen Fehervary in _American Imago_.
