Karin Kukkonen is Balzan Postdoctoral Research Fellow at St
John’s College, Oxford. She has published on metaphor,
multi-perspective storytelling and metalepsis in comics, as well as
the impact of postmodernism on the medium.
Her current research investigates the rules of classical poetics
and their cognitive foundations.
