Luke Spencer

Luke Spencer is a retired senior fellow of the University of Leeds where he taught British and American Literature for over thirty years. He has published widely on both sides of the Atlantic with a special focus on 20th-century poetry and fiction. Among the writers he has written about are John Berryman, Adrienne Rich, Tony Harrison, Ted Hughes, Sylvia Plath, E.L.Doctorow, George Orwell and E.P.Thompson.
