Alan Wolf

Alain Wolf received his degree in Philosophy and English Literature from the University of York and his PhD in Linguistics from the University of Cambridge. He has experience as a lecturer in English and Translation Theory and as a translator of academic texts. His research interests are in the areas of Intercultural Pragmatics and Translation Studies. His most recent work has focused on the relationship between intercultural identity and inter-religious dialogue, and on the recovery of inferential meaning in translated literature.
