Enrico Monti

Enrico Monti currently holds a research position at the University of Bologna (Italy) and he is working on a project on the translation of figurative language in contemporary Anglophone literature. He has published articles on literary translation and contemporary American literature, focussing primarily on the works of Richard Brautigan, Raymond Carver, and William Gass. He is member of the editorial board of the Raymond Carver Review and of RiLUnE, and has taught MA-level courses in English and Literary Translation at the universities of Bologna (Italy), Udine (Italy) and Haute-Alsace (France).
