Karen Dieleman

Karen Dieleman is Professor of English and Dean of Humanities at Redeemer University College in Ancaster, Ontario, Canada. She has published a monograph titled Religious Imaginaries: The Liturgical and Poetic Practices of Elizabeth Barrett Browning, Christina Rossetti, and Adelaide Procter (2012), as well as articles on the memorializing of Dante Gabriel Rossetti, Barrett Browning's essay on the Greek Christian poets, the Dutch translations of Barrett Browning's Aurora Leigh , and Emily Pfeiffer's poetic engagements with evolution and Wagner. Her current work centers on nineteenth-century poetry and theologies of creation.
