Treaty between Prussia and France. Prussia loses all possessions
west of Elbe and all Polish territories, which are to form Duchy of
Warsaw under King of Saxony, and by a secret agreement, agrees to
join the 'Continental System' and to exclude British ships from
Prussian ports.
