Henry VII and Philip of Burgundy sign the Treaty of Windsor. Philip promises to extradite the Earl of Suffolk, a Yorkist pretender, and a marriage is arranged between his sister, Margaret of Austria, and Henry. An addition secret treaty has Henry agree to protect the Netherlands while Philip is absent in Spain, and to assist him in conquering Castile if help is needed.
