Henry IV gains Bresse, Bugey, Valromey and Gex, connecting France
with Switzerland. In return, Henry allows Charles Emmanuel of Savoy
to retain Saluzzo, and agrees to allow Spanish troops to pass from
Flanders along a route to Franche-Comté.
