Short Note This is a short note

In Austria, Prince Metternich passes Six Articles which limit the powers of the Diets in constitutional states and subordinate local state law to federal law. By doing so, he hopes to maintain the system of despotic government in the face of popular opposition from pro-democratic movements like the Hambach festival.
