This paper is often called the “Special Theory of Relativity”. Its focus is the understanding of motion in sub-atomic quanta (energy states, or particles) and it proposes that time and motion are relative to the observer whilst the speed of light is everywhere constant. For further information, see our record on Relativity in the Topics table.
