David Houston Jones

David Houston Jones is senior lecturer in French at the University of Exeter. His research interests include Samuel Beckett, contemporary French fiction, modern French theatre, and theories and representations of the body. He is currently working on the way information theory and the posthuman feed into testimonial narratives in Beckett's fiction.

His publications include The Body Abject (2000), Jean Genet, Journal du voleur (2004) and Francois Tanazacq, La Supreme Abjection de la Passion du Christ (ed.) (2001).
