Julie Hansen

Julie Hansen is Associate Professor of Slavic Languages at the Department of Modern Languages, Uppsala University. She received a Ph.D. in Slavic Literatures and Languages from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 2000. She specializes in 20th- and 21st-century literature from Central and Eastern Europe. Her current research interests include literary translingualism, translation studies, literature of exile and migration, and memory theory within the context of literary studies.
