Elizabeth Elliott

Dr Elizabeth Elliott is lecturer in English at the University of Aberdeen. A former Leverhulme Early Career Fellow, she holds degrees from Edinburgh and York, and her research focuses on late medieval and early modern literature, with particular interests in memory and life-writing, authorship, medieval literary theory, and the politics of vernacular writing. Her first book, Remembering Boethius: Writing Aristocratic Identity in Late-Medieval French and English Literatureswas published by Ashgate in December 2012.
