Elizabeth Steere

Elizabeth Steere is the author of The Female Servant and Sensation Fiction: "Kitchen Literature" (Palgrave, 2013) and has published articles in Brontë Studies, Women’s Writing, and Neo-Victorian Studies. Her research interests include nineteenth-century sensation fiction, detective fiction, and anthropological writing.
