Ramani Chandramohan

Ramani Chandramohan is a PhD student at the Queen’s College, University of Oxford. Funded by the Cyril Vysove Scholarship, her doctoral project examines meanings of conversion in the thirteenth and fourteenth-century manuscript collections of Herbert’s Roman de Dolopathos, an Old French verse romance which forms part of the transnational Seven Sages of Rome story cycle. 

Prior to starting her PhD, Ramani taught English language and literature at the Université de Lorraine and SciencesPo Nancy in France; she also completed a MSt in Modern Languages and a BA in Classics and French at St Anne’s College, Oxford, as well as an Erasmus exchange programme at Sorbonne Université in Paris.
